Kimberly Chilton brings over 20 years of expertise in call/contact centre optimization and client relationship building to SP Data. Most recently, Kimberly was responsible for inbound customer care and vendor management with Credit One Bank, one of the largest credit card issuers in the US. Part of her mandate with Credit One Bank was to build and manage an outsourced customer care solution, which would augment the internal call center operations as well as provide a disaster recovery solution. Prior to Credit One Bank, Kimberly led a multi-disciplinary team responsible for project management, integration and ongoing account management for eAssist Global Solutions, a CRM software company. As Vice President of Client Operations, Kimberly collaborated with her external clients to determine their requirements and then became their voice internally to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and delivery of a seamless solution.
