Daniel Bemis
President, US Operations

Dan is responsible for managing strategic direction and day-to-day business operations of the company’s US expansion strategy. Dan joined SP Data in 2011 bringing with him nearly 20 years of sales, operations, business development, and customer service experience. Previously he was President and CEO of CentraComm, a managed services and internet security company. While there the company was named to the CRN Fast Growth 100 and INC 5000 lists each year.  Dan served as Senior Vice President of Vonage during their growth from less than $1 million dollars to over $500 million in annual revenues with1.7 million customers and a global support network. While there he received the AvayaInnovation Award for customer support.He was Corporate Vice-President of Customer Service for Adelphia Communications ($5.3 billion revenues). He restructured the company’s nearly 4,000 person customer service and inbound sales organization while achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. He also held senior leadership roles at Continental Cablevision, RCN and Primestar Inc. He was part of a team that won two consecutive JD Power Awards for customer satisfaction. Dan is a recognized leader in customer satisfaction and leading growing organizations.
