While we use traditional advertising resources such as print, radio and web ads, we also take advantage of the many resources our senior management brings to the table.

Our long-standing partnerships with local government organizations, community colleges, and other educational institutions allow us greater access to qualified, job seeking people. We help to enhance and develop call center management programs tailored to our business needs. And often are able to offer real job opportunities to successful candidates on graduation day.

Internally, we utilize a “three day SPData University” process where we teach and evaluate the sales and service skills of the candidates we bring on. In classes of 15-20, we score these agents and graduate them to specific programs that match their ability to handle pressure, their communication and customer service skills, and their confidence.

In addition to building a pool of well trained and qualified agents, we retain dedicated employees by continuing their training process. Ongoing skills training as well as future management training, allows our agents to understand and experience “life beyond the headset.”
